Ben betalende abonnee via Apple voor Dr. Antivirus. Sinds afgelopen week geen contact meer te openen en geen beveiligde sites meer. App ook niet meer terug te vinden in de App store. Alles onduidelijk. Gaarne advies....

Hello,

I have a monthly subscription for Dr. Antivirus. But it seems as if there is a problem and I cannot use the virus cleaning function. Also, I couldn't find it on the AppStore to delete the existing file and reinstall it again. This has been happening for some time now. Can you please help me to fix the problem?
