How do I install the app?

Mount the image, drag the app into the "Applications" folder and launch it. If the system blocks the launch, allow it in "System Settings → Privacy & Security".

Installed this the other day and it works like a charm. Lightweight and very simple layout. Wish I'd known about this app before installing little snitch. Fiddled with hands off for a while but this is my preferred outbound connection blocker now. Give it a try.
