Easily blur, pixilate, and color images on macOS. Blur was developed alongside macOS 10.14 Mojave, and includes support for the latest features, including Dark Mode.

Modes:
Blur
The blur mode applies a smooth and clear blur across your image. Use it to easily distort objects and faces. The sensitivity slider to adjust the depth of the effect.

Pixilate
The pixilate mode adds a pixilation effect to selected parts of an image. Use it to hide sensitive information in images such as phone numbers and license plates.

Blackout
The blackout mode allows you to add color to selected objects and parts of images. Use the opacity controls to add a tint to selected areas without fully coloring. 

Tools:
Lasso
The lasso tool allows you to outline objects or parts of images to easily select them. The tool will automatically snap to the edges of the selected area, and allow you to apply an effect.

Rectangle
The rectangle mode allows users to add an effect using a resizable shape. Simply drag over the desired area and apply an effect. Rectangles can even be moved after being drawn.

Freehand
Freehand allows users to edit exact parts of images. Use the resizable circular curser to easily reach small or hard to reach sections.
